early start again today
had a mouthful of horrible oatmeal from a cup, gave up and drank some mineral water and left for the drive
I love the big medieval style door - only good if you don’t have to use it very often for cars :)
traffic was light - thankfully - if we were going in the opposite direction I think we’d still be in it.
stopped to stretch our legs and tried to get some food from the cafe under the Sermutas hotel, across from the Dominari factory. All we got was cold “hot” chocolate and some lukewarm empanadas. Upon leaving, the dashboard announced (in Polish) that we had tyre pressure issues. I found some

Stopped for a loo break at the beach near Salacgrīva, where they had an electric car charging point just sitting there, right on the edge of the Gulf of Riga. It was a lovely little beach.
the rest of the day was driving. we stopped at like three servos and grabbed hot dogs. they’re terrible but also tasty and cheap.
arrived in Tallinn, yet another city with an old part and a new part and cobbles and streets with names that make google maps’ voice make funny noises. the apartment is nice - if not for the 50 steps to get to it.
huawei LTE modems in the halls, internet’s good.
pizza from Peetri Pizza on Vana-Posti 2. Spectacularly rude service, but I couldn’t respond to her in Estonian so I guess I deserved it. Literally said one word to me as I walked in, otherwise just didn’t. Pizza was OK.
